37 Weeks
I had my 37 week appointment yesterday and I was so thrilled with how it turned out. I have to say it was one of the best appointment I have had. My blood pressure was excellent at 122/72, I had no weight gain this week and I am now measuring right at 37 weeks instead of 3 weeks ahead (I was 2 weeks ahead last week). I asked the doctor about this and she said it is because baby is dropping. She checked my cervix and it was still at 1cm and 50% effaced. Baby's heart beat was 150's, a little bit faster than his average 140's that he has been. The doctor was very happy with everything and said she would see me next week. I am so glad everything went well. I was so worried if my blood pressure was high again they would want to do more tests or possibly try to induce. I would love to make it to 39 weeks, and it looks like that may just happen. I hope next week goes as well as this week. My next appointment is Tuesday the 13th at 4:15pm. I will be seeing Dr. Hill this time.

Easter 2010
On Saturday we celebrated Easter with our Becker family. We had a delicious meal of barbecued and smoked meats, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls & carrot cake. We had a very fun visit. Lydia loved looking for eggs and playing with Grandpa Becker.
We spent our Easter morning with our Kennedy family and enjoyed homemade French toast, eggs, bacon & fruit salad. I had made a fresh loaf of bread the night before and brought it over with the fruit salad on Saturday morning to make French toast. Mom & I made breakfast together, and it turned out great. Lydia looked for eggs and we had a great visit with Mom & Dad and Ryan & Christine.
Here are some pictures from our Easter this year:

Update on Labs
I never got a call about my labs yesterday so I decided to call this morning. Spearfish had my labs from the appointment I had on Monday but said they had not heard from Gillette hospital yet so she called them to get the rest of the results for me.
She said all of my blood work came back fine on Monday and on Wednesday, and my urine did not show any protein spillage, so I am not pre-eclamptic at this point. She said they could tell something in my urine though that showed I had some pre-hypertension. I was really curious as to how they could detect hypertension through the urine, after looking online I found that albumin/creatinine levels are somewhat elevated in urine with pre-hypertension.
She did say that I tested positive for Group B Strep though so I will need to be on antibiotics during labor. I did not have this with Lydia so I was a little surprised and disappointed that I had it. But she said you can have it with one and not the other and visa versa, even so much as to say you can have it and not having it multiple times during the duration of a pregnancy, so that is why they wait to test women at the very end of their pregnancies. Between 35-37 weeks.
I have a feeling that if I have any more blood pressure issues at my coming appointments that they may want to induce me early. I am really hoping that they won't be that high from now on. I have been taking my blood pressure throughout the day every day now and they have always been below 120/80. Normally around 117-120/72-75.
I will update again after my 37 week appointment on Tuesday. I can't believe I will be considered full term in just a few days. This has just flown by. We will be holding our baby boy in just a few short weeks, if even that long...
